Rosada Automation is a one-person business. I'm Casia, and I run it. This page explains what I collect on this site, why I collect it, and what you can ask me to do about it.

What I collect
When you complete the free workflow map
To show you your result, I ask for and store:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your business name
- Your industry, and if you choose "Other," what you type in
Stored alongside it:
- Your answers (including your timing, your role in the decision, and any optional notes or tool names you type), the priority you confirmed, and the brief you were shown
- The date and time you submitted
- Which page you started from, and any campaign tags in the link you arrived through. For example, a tag telling me you came from LinkedIn.
- Whether you ticked the optional marketing box, and if you did, the exact wording you agreed to and when
- A scrambled, one-way version of your IP address, used only to stop the form being abused. I can't turn it back into your IP address, and I never store the address itself.
When you visit any page
The platform this site runs on, Lovable, records aggregate visit statistics: how many people visited, which pages they saw, what kind of device they used, and roughly which country the visit came from. It doesn't tell me who you are and isn't connected to your name or email.
When you book a call
Booking runs on Calendly. Anything you enter there goes to Calendly rather than through this site, and Calendly's own privacy policy covers it.
Fonts
Pages on this site load the Inter typeface from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests those font files from Google.
What I do with it
- Show you your assessment result.
- Record your submission in my client records, so I can follow up personally.
- Follow up with you about your result, if that seems useful to you.
- If you ticked the marketing box, add you to a list for automation tips, examples, and occasional offers. If you didn't tick it, you're not on that list.
That's the whole list. I don't sell your details, rent them, trade them, or hand them to advertisers. There are no advertising trackers or retargeting pixels on this site.
Who else touches your data
Three services, each doing one job:
- Lovable builds, hosts, and runs this site, including the database your submission is stored in.
- ClickUp is where I keep my client records, so your submission is copied there for me to follow up.
- Calendly handles call bookings, if you book one.
I don't share your details with anyone else, except where the law requires it.
Cookies
The free workflow map doesn't set cookies, and it doesn't save your name, email, or answers in your browser. If you refresh the page part-way through, your answers are gone.
How long I keep it
Until you ask me to delete it, or until keeping it no longer serves any purpose.
What you can ask me to do
Email lacasia@rosadaautomation.com and I'll:
- Tell you what I have about you
- Correct anything that's wrong
- Delete it
- Take you off the marketing list
No account, no form. I'll confirm when it's done.
If you're on a marketing email from me, every one carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing sticks. Submitting the assessment again later won't quietly put you back on the list.
Children
This site is for people running businesses. It isn't aimed at children, and I don't knowingly collect anything from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this changes, I'll update the date at the top of the page.
